3.1 Information You Provide Us. We collect information that you submit through our mobile app or website, including things like:
3.2 Information Collected Automatically. Certain other information will be collected automatically while you are using the Site or the Services, including things like:
Cookies help us remember your preferences by keeping track of how many times you’ve visited
our Site, how long you’ve spent there, and what you’ve done. We use Session Cookies to improve the Site and better serve you by understanding where you spend your time and which Services are most and least effective. We use Persistent Cookies to recognize you when you return to our Site so that we can customize your experience. The information collected in cookies is generally stored for between a few minutes and two years.
We use third-party cookies to determine whether advertisements that we run encourage more people to visit our website. Third-party cookies work by sharing your browser identification with the third party (like Facebook or Instagram) so that they can show you ads on their sites. Third-party cookies can be session-specific or persistent.
Cookies never store any of your banking or card details.
You can always turn off cookies, usually in your browser or device settings. If you turn off cookies, you might still see ads for Pebble in other places. These ads will be general, not targeted based on your specific information.
5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We collect and process your information for a number of reasons, including:
5.1 To provide you with the Services. We cannot provide the Services to you without collecting certain personal and financial information. For example, in order for you to complete certain transactions between your bank account and your Pebble mobile application, we need to gather information related to your bank and that transaction.
5.2 To personalize your experience with the Services. We use data about your identity, location, and preferences to deliver notifications and communications relevant to you, customize aspects of the Services to you, and connect you with people you may already know that are using the Services.
5.4 To keep your account secure. In order to make sure that only you can access your account and to prevent fraudulent transactions, we need to verify your identity and your security credentials during log-in and in connection with completing certain transactions.
5.5 To provide you with customer support. In order to communicate with you and troubleshoot any potential issues or answer any questions you might have, we need to be able to access certain information that you provide to us or that we collect through your use of the Site and the Services. We also use your information to contact you to ask your opinions about the Services so that we can improve them.
5.6 To improve Pebble. In order to improve the Services that we provide, we need to know what is working (and what isn’t) so that we can use your feedback and that of other customers to make changes. Your information helps us ensure internal quality control, develop new Services, market them through our website, mobile app, email, or other means, maintain existing accounts, perform general account administration purposes and enforce our Terms of Service.

6.3 Service Providers. We contract with certain trusted third-party consultants and vendors as part of our business operations. Our agreements with these third parties require them to only use your information in connection with the Services and to protect your information. These third parties include cloud storage providers, information technology firms, customer support software providers, and marketing partners. We won’t share identifying personal data with third parties for their own direct marketing unless you give us permission, and you can opt out at any time.
